Cotopaxi Full Day

Early in the morning, our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Quito, to transfer you to the Cotopaxi National Park. It is one of the highest active volcanoes in the world, it is the centerpiece of Cotopaxi National Park as first stop you are going to visit the Mariscal Sucre interpretation center and its surroundings, including the awesome Limpiopungo Lake at 3800 meters, afterward, you will ascend the mountain as high as possible to the parking lot at 4500 meters. From here, there is a short 45 minutes hike to take you to the refuge to observe a variety of birds and enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.

Making this tour is more than just a hike and stunning views. You will learn about the geography, the indigenous people, and the flora and fauna of this area.
